Let’s talk about repairs. I know what you’re thinking “you bought a new house you shouldn’t NEED repairs”. In a perfect world that would be true but hey, this isn’t a perfect world (and I have terrible luck, like to the point of being jinxed!). Sometimes a piece of flooring has an issue, or your water pressure isn’t the greatest. It’s little things. Do you know how much work it was to get all my “little”things fixed? One. Phone call. Ok, ok… it was a text really and BAM! Ralph is on it! He coordinates all the work and repairs. HE does all the legwork, I just have to be home. What is this sorcery?

We cannot thank the entire team at RBS enough. We met them at the property in January 2024 and asked them to help us build our dream home. Told the team we would not see them again until the house was completed as we lived in Oregon. RBS promised to send many pictures and they did. Furthermore anytime we had questions, the team was a phone call, text or Buildertrend messaging away. Response was timely and appropriate. This was our first new home construction and again the team came through on suggestions and modifications that made our ideas even better. Our experience with RBS was amazing.! From start to finish they helped us navigate all of the ins and outs of home building. Everyone was just a phone call away and very helpful even months after moving in. The project stayed in budget and was completed on time.! We get so many compliments on how nice our home turned out and when people have asked, would you use RBS again? I always say, Yes I would.!
