Paula is Amazing at helping you to easy or get rid of the pain you're in. She tells you what you need to do at home , to help keep the pain away. I've gone to many massage therapists in last 15 years, I've got to say she's the BEST , I've ever had !!!! I Thank you for helping me ! You've been a blessing to me!!!!!!

On my first visit, I was very pleased. Paula talked with me first about what I wanted to achieve this first visit. She said the body works would be better than a massage and explained why. She is very knowledgeable of where your pain is originating from and cares about helping you to be pain free. My muscles have felt so much better since I went to her. After the first couple of visits, she suggested to come back once a month for maintenance. Paula is very professional, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I called Paula for a 1 hour focused massage on my arm and shoulder, she was so responsive, listened to the complaint and offered some advice and things to do...until I got to my appointment. She is so concerned and her massage and body work are very therapeutic...meaning she gives you information that will help you receive and give your body the love and care it deserves. She helped me with my shoulder...I was in immense pain and she knew how to help relieve it! She has the patience of Job and she took time to show me some stretches that could get me better...faster.
