Amazing staff and surgical experience during my procedure today. I had four molars removed. The anesthetist was more than accommodating and so sweet. I was provided a plush blanket because I was cold in the surgery room. Afterward inserting the IV was nicely done and she was so patient.
The kind ladies operating the front desk have been awesome every time.
Dr. Johnson is very professional and treated me with so much understanding and compassion each time I spoke with him.
The entire staff has been so nice and helpful throughout the process. I cannot speak well enough about my very good experience that I had.
Highly recommend brad Johnson and his staff they were excellent had 7 teeth extracted with no pain. I get anxiety at the dentist and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable highly recommend for anyone needing a tooth extracted also called to follow up to see how I was doing.
Although we were in a full waiting room it didn't seem like we were waiting long. I had to fill out initial paperwork. I sat back down and about 10 minutes later I was called to the back room where a lady discussed the potential cost of the services for the day and what my out of pocket would be. She then collected my payment. I went back to sit in the waiting room. I was then called on to take an x-ray and went back to the waiting room. About another 10 minutes and I was called back to see the dentist. He arrived within 5 minutes. Informed me of the procedure and took a look.
