After several unsuccessful attempts to find the right builder in Eastern Tennessee, we were referred to Idell Construction. From our very first meeting with Jeff, Josh, and Victor through the day we took possession of our home, everyone involved demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
Josh and our project manager Bill, were on site nearly every day to ensure the work met Idell's high standards. Our new Idell home is just what we had envisioned and more! Josh created our house with everything on our wish list. The framing design was beyond anything we had ever seen. This house is built solid! We live in a high wind area and we have had no concerns, not even a creak or shutter during our bad storms.
There were a few issues after we moved in but they were quickly addressed and taken care of which says volumes about their choice of contractors which were very thorough to make sure it was done to our complete satisfaction.
