“We called upon Patriot Pet Cremation for out third furbaby since November. Our pack is older and we are down to 2 of our 5 rescues. This weekend our 15 yr old Buddy passed away and as always, Dean answered the call with the utmost dignity and respect for our beloved dog. You can tell just by his demeanor that he cares about your pets and you as well. He always asks about our dogs, if they have a nickname and how it came about. He listens to stories about our pet as we are crying and pouring our hearts out to him. He stands at attention until we drive out of sight. Even in the pouring rain!
