“I was going to be about 10 min late, or so I thought being stuck in road construction. I called to let them know I was stuck but should be there. I was held up longer than anticipated and ended up being about 20 min late. Dr. Clemmons agreed to still see me. I was so appreciative of their cooperation with me. Everyone here is so nice. I kept apologizing for being late, but it was a situation beyond my control and they accommodated me. Great team!!!“
