I’ve been apprehensive about going to the dentist for several years. I have to say that this office and Dr. Dykes really made me feel at ease. They take a common sense approach to evaluating the patient and recommending treatments. The staff is super-professional and treats the patient with the utmost respect. I foresee a great relationship with this practice. Finally, I can return to the dental care that I know I need.
Needing to find a new dentist, I set up an appointment w/Dr. Dykes for January to have my teeth cleaned. Unfortunately, I chipped a tooth in early December and was concerned about getting it fixed since I hadn't seen Dr. Dykes before. Not to worry!! The staff was very helpful, got me in within a day of my call, fixed my tooth and even moved my initial appointment up to the next day. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and caring and made sure I understood what was being done. There was minimal discomfort through every procedure--and no pain.
