BM had an estimate in line with the other two (a better price on certain things within the estimate, as a matter of fact) and what really swayed our opinion toward BM was their site manager, Robbie. He's both professional and easy going and is extremely easy to work with. BM held to their schedule impeccably. We absolutely loved working with Brooks Malone to create our backyard oasis! From start to finish, they were informative, supportive, and attentive to every detail. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was clearly a top priority. The entire process was efficient and completed on time, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Brooks Malone is amazing! If you are thinking about getting a pool, I highly recommend them. They walked us through the process, gave us an estimate with all the options, and they jackhammered through solid slate to help us get the backyard of our dreams!
