Just outstanding people and company. We did a pretty large project with these guys and it was a terrific experience from start to finish . They did what they said, when they said they’d do it and for the agreed upon price. Can’t ask for more than that. It turned out better than we had hoped for. Highly recommend them. They were available to answer all questions and always got back to us quickly which is unusual anymore. The job site was always neat and clean and the staff was professional, neat and friendly everyday. We are pretty picky and very picky about our yard and things and they took extra care to do whatever was possible to keep things neat and better than they found it. I don’t see how you can go wrong with Brooks Malone

They are the best! They came in and did turn key job for us. They handle everything from opening it in the spring to closing it in the winter. Their prices are very reasonable. Anybody who says that they’re expensive doesn’t understand the benefit of having the job done right, turnkey, And a set period of time that’s explained upfront. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do no questions asked. The only problem we had was our own fault for not being more aware of our irrigation lines and cable line. Without even having to request it they fixed both for no extra cost. They are great when it comes to communication. They always follow up with any telephone call with any questions, problems or issues. We were out all Memorial Day weekend enjoying the pool and are out today! If you have a question at all about using them don’t second-guess yourself! Use them! As a sidenote I’m not related to them. I have heard horror stories about so many other people who have used other companies where the pole was not installed correctly and it popped out, equipment didn’t work right and very poor follow up. We have neighbors who have had major problems with other companies. Everyone of them regret not using Brooks Malone.
