I had a very positive experience with Ameri-Dry Waterproofing. Caleb, Ben, and Zack did a great job with the installation. The work was completed in one day which was impressive. The waterproofing work included jackhammering a trench on the interior wall, removing debris and dirt from the trench, installing their drainage system, pouring concrete to cover the system flush with the existing concrete floor, installing the sump pump housing, drilling a hole for the discharge line, installing the sump pump and plumbing, and cleanup. My water leaks have been resolved. I can recommend American-Dry for your waterproofing needs.
The house was sagging in the center and needed support. Ameri-dry quoted me half of what the other companies! The crew were very professional despite the small crawl-space and finished in less than a day. The floor no longer sags and my hardwood is even again! Caleb and Steve were awesome from start to finish! Thank you!
