“Carol and Crystal were very patient and very helpful in assisting me with selecting flooring options. I told them exactly what I didn't want and specifically what I did. Needless to say, they worked hard to eliminate and identify options that I could consider. I'm sure they dreaded every time they saw me coming, but I did/do appreciate their time and efforts to help.I also worked with Andrew to make a tile decision for my fireplace that would go with the floors. He was also very helpful and patient narrowing options with me. Andrew installed the tile and did a great job.The flooring install was done by one of their crews (forgive me, I forgot their names) and they were great. I am a hands on person and they were gracious enough to allow me to be in the way throughout the project...I kept trash out of their way and unboxed the product so they didn't have to get up/down as much. They were also able to cut the floors to butt up flush to the tile work Andrew had done. There were no extra spacers or finishes needed and it turned out beautiful!I would highly recommend Kelly, Carol, Andrew and Crystal along with their install teams for their professionalism, product knowledge, know-how, pricing, etc. Great, great people and finished product! “We had a wonderful experience with Sundek. They worked with us in so many aspects. Our project kept getting bigger and they adjusted to our changes without blinking an eye. Ross Hilz was always quick to comunicate and help out in anyway he could. Our add on project took well over a year and they were patient and stayed communicative throughout. When we had issues with some of the concrete poured. Ross helped us with recommendations and solutions. When it came to the work, the crew that came out were very friendly and respectful . Above all they worked really hard to get the project done in a professional manor. Melvin, Asidro and Marvin did an excellent job and we were thrilled with the final project. It transformed our pool area into a beautiful oasis and helped us get rid of an aggregate patio. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and the outcome of the project.“
