Bratcher installed a new AC and furnace in our daughter’s home last summer and they were back today for a complimentary service check of the system. Our journey with Bratcher started with an HVAC crisis: our old Lennox AC's blower wheel failed. I quickly learned that due to the proprietary nature of Lennox parts, the new OEM replacement wheel had a different bore size, which meant we'd also have to replace the motor. This, on an already aging system, made the decision to do a full replacement an urgent one.
I got quotes from several companies, but Bratcher's Comfort Advisor, Jonathan Cummins, stood out. He was fantastic during the sales process—upfront, honest, and incredibly responsive. He also immediately respected my preference for text/email, which I appreciated.
