A few years ago, my heat pump condenser had failed and the warranty refused to do anything about it. Goins discovered a recall or service bulletin and arranged for the warranty to replace it despite them previously refusing to do so. Knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and great customer service from the office personnel to the technicians.
