We have not put a Sundek surface around our pool when we first put it in 20 years ago, but the concrete had finally deteriorated enough that we decided to do it. The entire process from getting the quote and choosing colors and pattern was very smooth and the company was very accommodating. Communication worked well through text and email. They made it clear what the process would be like and the installation went smoothly and was very professional. They protected our surrounding landscape and home and cleaned up well after the job was done. As with most things, it is all in the details and these were managed perfectly. I highly recommend Sundek.
Our concrete pool deck is beautiful. The crew did a fantastic job and we are pleased with the results. My only criticism would be lack of follow up. No one came out after the job as promised to view the results with us and go over care and maintenence. We did immediately receive an email with the bill however!
