I have worked with Tom and National on two different buildings. I needed someone who was quick but mostly reliable. I can’t recommend this company enough. I plan to use National exclusively due to them being in multiple locations while keeping quality from office to office and state to state. After the Nashville ice storm, I originally contacted another roofing company that basically put me on hold for 3 mths, so after being given the run around for such a long time, I contacted my best friend to find out who she used for her roof repairs. She recommended National Roofing Company and they immediately responded to me and then set me up with their rep, Chad Edwards. He immediately got in touch with me, and immediately (so refreshing) did an estimate, which I was able to send to my insurance company for approval.
