He is so kind down to earth and is truly interested in how you are doing outside of the foot aspect and that sure goes a long way with me and makes me feel like “I matter”… extremely genuine and sincere. He makes me feel like a friend or family. He does not intimidate me or make me uncomfortable asking questions which is truly important and no feeling of being rushed.
