Everything was so clean and staff is very attentive.
I feel it is a little premature to be asked to fill this out but I have had my first laser robotic cataract surgery at Loden vision Center, Goodlettsville & have found all the staff to be very responsive & customer oriented. My impression to date is that the center is well managed by Dr. Loden & desires to have staff be customer oriented. I found Leanna, Lily & Callie especially patient & kind. I also made a phone call to the office this morning post operatively & was favorably impressed to have my call returned before the holiday weekend & promptly (I think by Beverly).. To date I am left with the impression that a value is placed on customer service.
