Guitar Center, located in Rivergate Mall, offers a wide selection of guitars, amps, and other musical instruments. The store also provides lessons and has excellent customer service, as customers have shared experiences of helpful staff assisting with troubleshooting a used pedal and helping select a microphone during a sale event. During a tornado, the staff went above and beyond to ensure customers' safety, using a ham radio to stay informed and providing an old-school receipt for a cash purchase. The friendly and professional team creates a positive and memorable experience for their customers, with many appreciating the quality of products and the great deals available.
Bought a used Fender American Strat. Price was fair compared to what was available online nationwide. The staff was very helpful, and discounted some of the accessories I bought to go with it. Very pleased with the transaction. They had a large collection of new and used equipment at all price levels.
This is my go to store for all my equipment need. Very friendly and helpful staff. They're also very knowledgeable if you have questions about what you're looking for or need.
