Probably one of the best Great Clips I've ever been to. Fast service, friendly employees. Only complaint is they sometimes forget my veteran's discount so I can tip them more, but still amazing.

If my only interaction had been with Frederic this would be 5 stars. He listened to my concerns about hair loss and damage from illness, how I play with my hair and end up messing it up, etc and worked with me to best address those concerns. He was also honest with me about what is and is not possible with my level of damage, and gave me a dang near perfect cut.My only concern was I felt like he was being micromanaged the whole time and it was very off putting as a customer, especially since I felt I was clearly pleased. She even took the clippers, said "you missed a hair" and shaved a spot. Had she been there for our previous conversation she hopefully wouldn't have...read full review
