I have experienced two stylists in this salon and my mother and sister also use them occasionally. The salon is helpful with accommodating last minute appointments, some what often. Depending on the crowd gathered there on a given day, the salon may feel very southern/down-home and classically gossipy, but not in a super negative way. The stylists are fairly good at what they do, just don't expect a stellar modern hair style or to receive the haircut you really want from them.
