31-W Insulation

I have never had insulation service done, through this company. But, I contacted the Bessemer location of this company, when I was experiencing an medical emergency and an individual by the Name of Joe, answered the phone. I explained to him, that the company, was located very much close, to my husband's job, and that I had attempted to contact my husband, but, could not, due to the fact that my husband, did not have his phone on him, and my husband's employer had not notified him just yet, of the medical emergency. To make a long story short, mr. Joe, sent one of his staff members to my husband's job, with the instructions to contact me, since I was experiencing… read full review

31 W has been a good resource. They answer the phone, they call you back, and they get it done! I've had insulation, garage doors and sound proofing installed all at different times. All at a fair price. We just kero using them.

Update: The Regional Manager, Nick, followed up with the issues that I originally reported. He clarified some of the stocking issues, apologized for any communication issues and promised to finish the job. He scheduled a day for him and the Milan location Manager, Todd, to come out. He arrived 30 minutes early with all of the missing pieces and he immediately went to work. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and helped finish the job. Overall, both Todd and Nick were personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I just wished I had originally received the same service that I received tonight. 31-W made everything right. I would recommend this company after experiencing the great customer service from their leadership team.Original Post: We chose the Milan, TN company based on a good recommendation from a family member. However, the company’s main rep, Mr. Ballard is not proactive in communicating. I took a day of leave to be prepared for a door install and had I not taken the initiative to check on the status, I would have never found out that their installer “called in.” I work Monday through Friday so I requested a Saturday install... “the installer will be there by 0900” and here I am at 0945 still waiting... I had high hopes of great customer service, but the lack of communication, the wrong parts being ordered and delay in the installation process has been very disappointing.
