The Wooton Clinic itself is a GREAT place! I’ve actually been going for a little over a year now. It’s the scheduler/receptionist, Wanda, that’s the worst. I hear people complain about her a lot when it comes down to them having to reschedule their appointment or not being able to make it. By law, we aren’t obligated to tell them why we aren’t going to make it, but she’s so forceful and rude that she wants to know why. When you tell her, she makes smart remarks as if that’s not important or it doesn’t matter.That’s not professional at all!

Hi I was originally referred to the Wooton Clinic by a colleague. My first day I was very much impressed! The staff is very nice and the facility is clean. There are multiple bathrooms, water available, and they have snacks most of the time lol which is right up my alley. But the physical therapists are really the stars, they are very friendly and will engage you in wonderful conversations. I'm laughing during the entire visit, every visit. I can see myself coming back to visit even after my term has ended. Kudos to you all ?

Dr.Grant and the intern Brenae were very informative,they answered my questions to the best of their knowledge.Dr.Grant was very attentive to my physical therapy needs.I would definitely recommend Wootton clinic to my colleagues for their therapy needs.Overall the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
