I feel so much better?
I’m 23 weeks pregnant and my back and legs have been killing me!! I booked a prenatal massage with Valerie and it was WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond, and even demonstrated some stretches that I can do at home to alleviate some pain. My only regret is choosing 75 minutes instead of 90! Lol! I will be returning the remainder of my pregnancy! Great establishment and great customer service!
Shawn is the absolute best! He takes the time to educate you so that you can contribute to your health. He has helped me with muscle tension release from sitting at a computer all day, mobility restrictions and overall recovery from sports and intense workouts.
