The Germantown location is efficient, with minimal wait times and thorough explanations throughout the visit. The cardiologists, including Dr. Edwards, are highly recommended for their compassion and expertise.

The foundation has received positive feedback from patients. A patient praised the helpfulness of Mckenzie, who went above and beyond to schedule a convenient appointment for a pulmonary test. Another patient expressed satisfaction with Dr. Klemis and the nurse practitioner and nurse, who were described as very nice and helpful.

However, one patient felt that their concerns were not taken seriously, and they expressed a desire to potentially change providers. Let me begin by saying Dr Kraus is amazing. He is SO thorough and deliberate in his evaluations and recommendations. We trust him 100% and we're SO glad our NP recommended him! As far as the office itself- the first time we went we were there a total of 4 hrs, mainly due to staff shortages in the lab section. Apparently they have 6 people that do lab work but only 2 were there. The room was packed and people were irritated, including some staff. To be honest, I'm not sure if they have enough employees to handle the amount of patients they see.

Dr. Jay Gardner is excellent and the office is well managed. I guess the only thing I can complain about is not getting enough time to read a book while waiting for my appointment. 😀

Great facility and customer service. It's just a shame that I've recently had to reschedule an appointment simply because the parking lot was way too full! It's already a huge lot, so I'm not sure how booked you have to be (at 9am, mind you) for it be filled to the brim and have people creating their own parking spaces. So, always get here early to make sure you have time to find parking!
