I have several glasses from here and they've been durable, fashionable, and comfortable. The employees know me by name and treat me with cordiality. I am excited to return and buy another frame soon!
I had the best, most helpful interaction with Jessica at Saddle Creek. She took the time to plug in different insurance/payment options between new lenses and contacts to help me choose the most affordable. I really appreciated her time and effort in that and she had a smile on her face the entire time. She also made me feel confident in my choice of frames. Thank you for the kind and genuine service!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! For 2 years now, I have been trying to find someone to repair my discontinued frames. After going to multiple places and even trying to fix them myself, I went into SEE and was greeted by extremely kind and friendly staff who fixed my glasses in a snap. Jessica Edwards, the assistant store manager, helped tremendousley and made the experience happy and hassle-free! Absolutely recommend SEE for any eyewear needs!!
