Totally outstanding! The lady that did my hair was patient and knowledgeable. She took her time and did my perfectly! Her name was Jen and I will definitely, will be going back again! Really a great place to get your hair done.

My 12 year old son's father decided he would trim up our son's hair. It turned out horrible and uneven. My son called me in tears at 1030 that night saying that he just couldn't go to school with a hair cut like that bc he will be made fun of and the other kids would be mean to him. His goal this year was to have perfect attendance so even though he didn't want to be late or miss school, he couldn't bear the thought of subjecting himself to the other kid's ridicule. School starts at 8:30 so I picked him up from his dad's house at 7:45 and we drive to the Germantown hair salon that according to their yelp page was supposed to open at 8. We waited until 8:25 and no one came to open up so I started calling nearby salons hoping someone would be there despite it being so early in the morning. I called Reflections Salon and someone answered! I quickly told Jen the issue and without hesitation she told us to come on in. She just happened to get in a little early today. She not only fixed my son's hair but she also didn't want to charge us anything! I of course paid her and thanked her for saving the day. My son was only 20 minutes late to school and he now felt confident that he wouldn't get laughed at. Thank you so much Jen! I'll be back for a haircut myself next week and next time my son needs a cut, we will definitely be going to see Jen.

Kim did a great job doing my hair today and she was super sweet and helpful as well as everyone else! She did exactly what I wanted with my hair and it turned out great! I couldn't be any happier.
