Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely felt as though I was given more than enough time to discuss any questions or concerns. From scheduling my consultation to my first post-op appointment, everything was explained extremely well. The receptionist, nurses, financial assistant, Dr. Peters, anesthesiologist, and everyone else between made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed with the whole process. I had a breast augmentation (something I had wanted for a VERY long time) and so far am extremely satisfied! I doubt I will have anything to worry about later either, as at this point I am only 3 weeks post op!! It is no surprise this practice is rated the best in Memphis for its services!
