This is the BEST POOL PLACE - they help me with ANY problems that I have. Eric, the Manager is the best. He calls me by name when I arrive and always asks is their anything in additional they can do to assist me. The product "Once Weekly" is invaluable for me. With this product I keep my costs for chemicals DOWN , what a great product. Keep up the good work. Also with Eric as your ambassador, this is the BEST pool store in Memphis for me.

Every time I go the staff is helpful, working extremely hard to please customers, and efficient. Eric is EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. Since I started taking a pool sample to them every 3-4 weeks and doing what is recommended we have had MUCH better water quality in our pool. Won't go anywhere else.

Eric is an absolute rock-star. I had continuous issues with my pool robot and Eric went above and beyond by not only fixing my issue with the manufacturer but securing me a newer/better product. i don't know how he did it, but because he worked so hard to help me solve my problem, I will never go anywhere else. All the staff is super-knowledgable and friendly, but Eric is the best! Thanks Eric!!!!Richard Finch
