Thankful for Clarissa! Our Leslie’s Mendenhall location was unexpectedly closed today and had to head out to Germantown to get our sample tested hours before we leave town. Clarissa is the only one working in store on this busy holiday weekend and is taking wonderful care of each and every customer as they come and go! As the heavy traffic flows, she continues to greet each person entering the store and handles every one with great diligence and care! She is a superstar!! We are all so thankful for her service! You are greatly appreciated, Clarissa!

Calling this business was such a breath of fresh air. Clarissa and the other staff members were so kind and helpful even giving guidance on how to ensure their equipment is best installed. It was helpful and really made my day.

Went to Leslie's Pool in Germantown TN today. Have bought 2 different Polaris pool cleaners from Leslie’s in the last 5 years. The newest was still under warranty. Neither worked. The manage Eric exchanged for a new one and put it together and reactivated the warranty. They have made a dedicated customer of me. Go see them for your pool needs. In a world where customer service is forgotten…. They are over the top.
