Just had my first experience with Kathy's nails and it was wonderful! Jennifer gave me an amazing pedicure and was so friendly! The owner's brother was also so friendly and I felt very welcome! This is my new go-to place for mani/pedis!
Henry is a nail god... He's super friendly, knows more about what you want than you do, and he's really good at all the different nail types like dip, gel, etc. He does the best at all of them than anyone i've ever been to. Ly on the other hand is horrible. She's rude, dismissive, and half asses everything. She's cut me every time she's touched me, screwed up my nail shape into some weird half triangle half square shape, and the paint looks like a kindergartner did it every time. This place is great ,especially Henry, but don't let Ly anywhere near you.
Henry is the best!!! I have tried other salons but none can do what he can with dipping nails. Perfect job every time!!!! My nails are thin and if dipping powder is not put on heavily enough, the nails will still break or chip. He gets it right - every time!!!!
