Kayla did a fantastic job and was respectful and considerate of my husband, who suffers with psoriatic arthritis among many other illnesses and of me, suffering from terrible side effects from ABVD is chemotherapy. Kayla told me the company is very organized and the manager is awesome. She makes sure everyone is properly trained to clean thoroughly and everyone cleans the same way, which was very detailed. “Ok firstly I want to say that the only reason I am giving a 5 Star is because of a lady by the name of Jacquelyn with a blonde buzz cut. She is the most sweetest person. The first time I walked in she welcomed me so warmly. I have been to make Walmart's across the US and she has topped any customer service I've ever received in any business. I've seen her both times I stopped by (both times at night) when I checked out she made great conversation. I was just so shocked to see a Walmart employee so nice because let's be realistic they are mostly dry and rude. I really want to contact Walmart corporate because this lady deserves some acknowledgement. Other than the wonderful Jacquelyn the store is always a mess lol. I only go when I don't feel like dealing with Kroger or the big Walmart. Now that i know Jacquelyn is here I will be stopping by more often :)“

“I had a great experience with 1st choice home services! I saw an ad that groupon was running, but I have had a bad experience with groupon in the past so I decided to call the company directly instead of purchasing a groupon. When I called and inquired about the air duct and carpet cleaning i was greeted by veery friendly and helpful call reps. They assisted me very well and took the time to explain to me exactly how the process takes place and how long it would take. The day of service the technician was a very nice young man who made sure that not only were the air ducts cleaned but he also showed me the debris that he collected. I was very satisfied so i decided to go ahead and book my carpet cleaning next.“

“I called to have my bottom bracket removed. I asked if they had the proper tool (Park Tool BBT-5) on hand. They did and told me to come in. It was a fairly busy that day but I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I took my bike to the mechanic and he promptly took my bike to the back. 10 minutes later, he handed me my frameset and bottom bracket. I asked for the service charge and he said it was for free. I really appreciate the work done that day and will be back if I'm ever in the area.“
