I had the best first time guest experience today at Forest Hill. I went in for a cleaning, and received a consultation that felt like I was chatting with a friend in my living room, and made me feel right at home. From there, I was given an exam and cleaning and every step of the way they were both thorough and friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Oh, and I also received a hot hand wax situation that was divine! I am so happy I found this office, and cannot say enough how first-class the customer service and overall experience was. Extremely thankful for the professionalism of everyone in the office & their warm energy.

The most wonderful experience I have ever had a dentist office and that is coming from someone who has had nothing but good experiences with dentists. They were so kind from the moment I walked in. They were engaging, explaining everything before they did it and I feel like I got to know them then in the short time I was there and they got to know me. They made me feel like a welcomed friend, not just another patient they are required to see. Also, they gave me a free hand wax treatment while they worked on my teeth and now my hands are silky smooth!! Above and beyond! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Wow, never thought I’d say “I love my dentist office,” but caught myself saying it earlier to a friend & thought I should share a review.Became acquainted with Forest Hill Dental through a Germantown Chamber event, loved that they were an independent, locally owned practice & decided to give them a call to see if they took my insurance. Abby took my info & answered all of my questions, I received a call back promptly & scheduled my appointment.I have been 3 times now for regular cleanings & have been impressed by their professionalism & level of service.
