I’ve only been here a few times but wanted to leave a positive review since the owners were so awesome. The thing that prompted me to review was that I had an issue with a washer and found the owners cell phone number on the back door. I texted them and got an immediate response back!! They gave me a refund for the washer that got stuck and gave me a coupon for a future free wash via their app. The place has always been clean when I come in and the friendliness and willingness to help goes above and beyond for me. The place sometimes has a lot of cleaners in there doing laundry but that’s with the territory of being in Gatlinburg I feel. Definitely recommend this...read full review

I am a customer of this laundry and it is always clean, tidy and its service is excellent. What should be avoided is that the same person uses all the machines at the same time with accessories from their work or company, everyone has their time and space to to be able to wash clothes, and when you get there you find all the machines full, and the chairs full of clothes to be folded, there must be space for everyone.
