Darrell with Dream Builder helped me with some repair/remodeling work on my condo, consisting of framing/drywalling a ceiling, retexturing existing ceiling, and moving/installing lights. He came by and did a thorough walkthrough, taking his time to understand exactly what I wanted. The quote came through with details of everything we had discussed, with each item priced out. The work started as agreed and was finished quickly. He communicated clearly and consistently throughout. I am highly satisfied with the work and can't wait for him to come back for the next project!

Darrell is a good and honest man who did substantial work for me in the Smoky Mountains. We have extensive experience investing in cabins and investment homes and I have tremendous experience working with general contractors all over the country. I have experienced both good and bad in my time as an investor over the years and I feel very confident you will be in great hands with him and his team in the areas he serves. Thank you for helping take our vision and creating it into reality.
