“This lady was amazing!! She was patient and communicated well with me since it was the first time I have had my hair cut in over 10 years. I was there on vacation but got supper lucky because of a cancellation by a regular of hers. If you are visiting Gatlinburg and are looking to get a new haircut/hairstyle I would highly recommend, if she happens to be able to get you in ❤️ regulars are more of a priority ❤️❤️ than tourist. I like that.”

“Going to see Cass today was one of the best decisions I have made all year! I have been skipping around like a kid to make my curls bounce and haven't stopped smiling since I walked out of the salon. I have really curly hair and have had some baaaaad experiences over the years (shout out to spending middle school looking like a poodle!) I have had it cut by multiple stylists at Shear Maddness and have never walked out unhappy! The salon has such a great vibe and you will not be disappointed.”
