321 fit club is an awesome gym. It is always so clean and the people that work there are always so nice and they care about their members. They have all the equipment that I need for a full body workout. I was diagnosed with Osgood - slaughter disease in my knees. I had a lot of pain and stiffness, especially in my left knee. Since going to the gym regularly, it has helped tremendously with my stiffness and soreness . I would absolutely recommend this gym to everybody. After only a month I have very little pain and stiffness. I owe it all to this gym and my dedication. I love 321 fit club!
