I just read where one of my Facebook friends is having a nasty issue with a car dealership. It got me to thinking about my recent experiences with Gallatin Subaru here in Middle Tennessee. They have been wonderful to deal with; great service, fair pricing and a real concern for their consumers. This note was not planned and is unsolicited and I am not getting anything in return. It is just an honest feeling of how nice it was to deal with these people. I hope it helps them and future clients that might deal with them.

I recently bought a car with this dealership, and experienced the best customer service ever from a car dealer. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend buying a car from this team. I could have gone to another dealer or maker, but decided to buy with them so that I could experience this level of satisfaction throughout my ownership of the car. I actually went to 2 other dealers, and had a miserable experience by comparison. Thank you to Jasmin and Eric and the rest of the team that was super friendly.

Not my first buying experience but the best I must say. From dealing with Miracle (online), Tamara (at Dealership) to Daniel (Finance) was an overall GREAT experience buying my New Outback. They def went above and beyond in a Gracious matter. Lord knows I am not patient but they ALL made the process Easy Peasy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me for sure!
