Absolutely a 5 star company I'm a senior and I can't get trash cans down my driveway. They come and get it from the back of my house. Very friendly and helpful in many ways. I tell others to use their service. 5 ⭐ service, and 5 star people. Thank you.

Don't know why this isn't a five star business. I'm new to the area and Phillips has been there from the start. Going out of their way when I mixed up garbage collection days to come get the bin in my carport to helping me out when I got too much to fit in the bin. The rate is phenomenal, I was expecting much higher prices. Customer service is top notch. Instead of feeling like I'm talking to a random person it is like getting to know someone and being part of the community. Good folks all around, great service, great rates. Great garbage service! Even if I forget to bring my can out to the curb, they walk up my driveway and pick up my trash anyway. Always very friendly. Gave me my first few weeks of service free when I first moved in.
