Don't know why this isn't a five star business. I'm new to the area and Phillips has been there from the start. Going out of their way when I mixed up garbage collection days to come get the bin in my carport to helping me out when I got too much to fit in the bin. The rate is phenomenal, I was expecting much higher prices. Customer service is top notch. Instead of feeling like I'm talking to a random person it is like getting to know someone and being part of the community. Good folks all around, great service, great rates.
