The inspection was as thorough as we could have asked for. The follow up documentation was very detailed as to the true condition of the property and was extremely helpful for our decision making progress. Great company with thorough inspection! All the nooks and corners and cubbies were checked and photographed. All the obvious issues I saw in my walkthrough were marked as well as quite a few issues (1 pretty big one) that I didn't even see! Even if you're a handy person invest a little now and save yourself a ton of heart-ache and money later! A Plus for the win!
