I just LOVE this place!!!! I'm gong to my second class now and it's one of the first times I'm excited for a workout session! I was sweating on the first five minutes of the class; and even though the movements are small and look easy, trust me, they are intense. I'm excited to strengthen my core and entire body! I'm out of shape and didn't know any of the movements during the class; but I did not feel judged or embarrassed; everyone is really nice and welcoming! They offer a huge discount for low income families as well. Highly recommend.

Awesome studio!! Peaceful and inspiring atmosphere and genuine people. Went for my first class and had a great workout (that I'm still feeling today) and felt so welcomed by the staff, instructor and classmates. I appreciated the feedback and encouragement during the class and never felt pushed to compete with others or to "over do it". I loved the mind-body connection as well.

When I first heard of barre studios, I had the perception of ballet dancers and prissy movements. Boy was I wrong. Amy encouraged me to come check it out! Amy and all of the instructors bring such knowledge, skill and passion into a challenging workout. They explain the movements and form and each muscle group that is being worked. Releve One is the full package of body, mind and spirit. Its a workout of each and is like nothing I've done before. Before you judge it... try it! You'll be so glad you did. And the added surprise bonus is the incredible community and friendships that have formed while we're working out body, mind and spirit together.
