The front desk staff is professional and provides excellent customer service. The facility is clean. The center has been commended for its compassionate support during difficult times, including providing comforting gestures like paw prints and fur clippings. While they may not offer all services of a civilian veterinary clinic, they are a great option for routine care and vaccinations, especially for military families.
We've been taking our fur babies here since we pcsd in late 2024, the front staff and the veterinary staff are just simply wonderful, reasonably priced and compassionate and treat us and our pups with the utmost respect. They listen to the concerns we had for our oldest and treated her so well when she was going through a UTI. Couldn't ask for a more loving and understanding vet clinic. You guys rock, keep up the amazing work!
We can’t thank Rachel Pollard enough for everything she did for our dog, Polo. After a previous vet gave us the wrong diagnosis, Rachel caught it right away and performed a successful surgery that gave him the care he truly needed. She showed not only incredible skill and knowledge, but also genuine compassion and love for Polo throughout the whole process. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend anyone looking for a veterinary team to come here. The staff and the care provided by everyone who works here is truly beyond anything we could have hoped for.
I loved the vet here! They were patient with me and my dogs. I came in with 2 dogs at the same visit and they handled it with grace. They also didn't make me feel bad for what was going on like a lot of vets in the area like to do. Thank you FTVC Y'ALL ARE GREAT ❤️
