Shelton has always been immediately responsive, courteous, professional, clean and polite. On the 4th of July my AC stopped working. I called Shelton at 7:30 am, expecting to leave a voice message. Jason Shelton answered the phone, and came right over! He was here by 8:00. Problem solved and at a very reasonable cost. Most service providers charge double for a service call on a holiday. I have recommended Shelton to my neighbors, and they always have thanked me for the recommendation.
Jeff responded quickly and came to the house the same day. He was able to correct the problem, which had been missed by less experienced repairman, and had our unit working the same day. We will definately be calling Shelton's again with any other issues or service needs.Service: A/C system repair
