Our unit had to be replaced and Mr. Malecha was able to get a new unit and get it installed in a timely manner. He also got us the programmable thermostat we requested. Highly recommend!!
Our A/C's outside unit gave out on a Saturday morning during summer. After searching for several minutes I saw that Midwest Heating and Cooling was located close to my location and gave them a call. I ended up leaving a message about our issue and recieved a call back within 30 to 45 minutes. I told Mr. Malecha what was happening with our unit. He told me he would arrive within 25 minutes and he was true to his word. He was very clear and willing to explain what was going on to cause the problems and even took the time to show me how to keep the outside unit clean when I asked him.
