What a great experience! The fact that the system texted me to make an appointment and then followed up with registration was lovely! I tend to not make appointments for myself when needed so this was a great option for me. Check in was fast and efficient. I did wait a bit, but I looked at the frame selection and didn't realize the time was passing. Dr. Womble was very nice and remembered me from several years ago. I felt like I got a great exam and that he listened to my concerns. The young lady that helped me with the frames I had chosen, measurements etc., was so sweet and funny.
I had a wonderful experience.

Doctor and staff was all very nice and helpful. He took time to explain what was going on with my eyes and not just do the exam hand you a prescription and not explain like my last dr did .. I would highly recommend this doctor and staff

Dr WOMBLE is wonderful as usual but he certainly needs additional front office staff. The number of patients there with only one registration person to check in and answer calls and questions made it impossible for the morning process to go as smoothly as normal. This office desperately needs a receptionist to answer calls and direct traffic. The lady working was so so nice but so busy! Still a 5 star experience but I do hope they add a support staff member to the team!
