EVERYONE there is GREAT but Natalie is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!She knows exactly what you need to make you look and feel rejuvenated. Also without going overboard or making you feel pressured to do something you just don't want to do or you're not ready for. Especially when you're going in for the first time and you're terrified!!
