Tennessee Valley Floor Care (Carpet Savers) did a fantastic job. The Technician (Jordan) was punctual, professional, and proficient. He enjoys his job and takes pride in it. While their dispatch office is located just over the Tennessee/Alabama State line, the Technicians, and trucks are based in Huntsville and are responsive to all calls. A home’s (or office building’s) flooring is an investment one that will quickly lower your home’s value if not properly maintained. Do not let stains or other flooring issues destroy that investment. My carpet is 17 years old and have had it cleaned by other companies only to have it look just as dirty as it did before it was cleaned. I live in an apartment and Carpet Savers is who we now use for our carpet needs so this was my first time with them and I could not believe how good my carpet looks, very impressed. After it dried it was so clean looking, the guys were so nice and they were quick but super efficient. Thank you Carpet Savers!!
