I've used a handful of other tax services, and this was notably better than all of them. The process was efficient and their employees were really friendly. James Tax Service made the experience actually enjoyable!

Very friendly staff. They take walk-ins if your taxes are not very complicated, like people who are self-employed, then I think you just drop them off. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was taken back, and my taxes were done in about 15 minutes! I was very impressed with Kim W., and their prices are so reasonable, about $200 less than I was quoted at 2 other bigger businesses and a couple of CPA's. They charged $110 for my forms. I would definitely recommend them! They work until 7p.m. on Tuesday's Wednesday is a short day I think. Just call and check for times. I am very happy to have had them recommended to me.

The friendly staff at James Tax Service are very efficient and I always know I'm getting the legal maximum return on my taxes. I don't have to worry about storing 10 years of my tax preparations because they have it stored for me. Every year, the crew attend seminars to gain information on all of the new tax changes, so they can make sure you get the money you're entitled to receive. They also prepare state taxes if you work or moved/lived in another state and need to file those.
