I received good care here. The staff is friendly and the service was fast. I was really impressed with the Dr on my most recent visit. I think her name was Catina Young. Very kind and took the time to listen to me.

Everyone was super nice and I felt the PA took time with my son and treated his illness. We just had to wait a very long time. We were fourth in line and I filled out information online and scheduled this appointment online. But yet we still waited almost 2 hours before getting called back to the room

I received the care i needed and my questions were answered by the provider. the issue I had was it was far far from fast after bookin what i thought was an appt I waited one hour and forty five minutes before being seen. The staff was very professional and apologetic about the wait i have no issues with them. I would suggest the management look into having more than one provider working especially since they are the only walk-in in Erwin
