went for a pedicure 10/31 & let me say WOW!!! Rose did a super job. She really takes her time & makes your feet feel like new. I've gone to nail salons from jonesborough to Johnson city & they all have attitudes& do a lousy job for alot more money. I'd rather drive from Jonesborough to Elizabethton ANYTIME. Very nice, sweet & accomodating. By appointment only but that's ok with me.Service: Pedicure

Excellent attention to detail on the feet. Probably the best pedicure I’ve had in many years in terms of thoroughness. Not the newest build out but what they lack in fancy they more than make up for in their attention to detail.Services: Manicure

I’ve went to every walk-in nail spa in Johnson city or elizabethton and all of them are the same….mediocre and not satisfied. I called VN Nails in elizabethton and they were able to get me in the same day for a pedicure. Mary did mine and I am so thankful to have finally found someone who takes their time, doesn’t rush, and makes sure every detail is just right!! What’s more is VN Nails is even cheaper than all of the walk-in nail salons but does a 5 star job!!! I’ll definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much!Service: Pedicure
