This was my first time visiting V N Nails, the service was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them, everybody was super friendly. The best Quality Pedicure I have ever had. I have visited several nail salons in Charlotte NC, never have I received the care or quality I received at this location.
This is the only salon I will go to BECAUSE they are appointment only! I detest the walk-in salons where my service is being interrupted. I don't mind paying for being pampered and appreciate the care and professionalism of this salon. I've been going here for 3 years after struggling for a year trying to find an appointment only salon. This team makes the experience enjoyable and relaxing.
I had a pedicure here today and it was the best I’ve ever had. Rose was friendly and engaging- and didn’t hesitate when I ask for her recommendation on a color for my upcoming beach trip. I love great customer service. I had made several attempts to secure an appointment here and was able to book a week out. There are only two nail technicians here, so don’t plan on walking in without an appointment. The phone rang every few minutes while I was there so it seems this salon is in high demand.
